What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by managing the entire renewal process and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to mitigate churn via tailored product solutions.
- Prepare and execute go-to-market strategies specifically for SMB accounts.
- Develop and maintain client-based communications to monitor success, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and internal product teams to de-escalate issues and implement product solutions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, renewals, or customer success.
- Must be based in Austin, TX.
- Proven track record of sales accomplishments in a quota-carrying role with experience in commercial negotiations.
- Experience with cloud-based/SaaS business process solution offerings.
- Understanding of legal terms within SaaS contracts.
Nice to have
- Experience managing full customer lifecycles, including commercial conversations.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using Salesforce.
