Client Account Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage relationships with key corporate clients across industries.
• Build relationships with champions, decision influencers, decision makers, procurement stakeholders, and executive contacts within assigned accounts.
• Partner with Client Success to deliver strong corporate and individual client engagement.
• Drive annual recurring revenue, renewals, and upsell growth across established accounts.
• Prepare utilization reports, value reports, and ongoing renewal and revenue expansion forecasts.
• Work with account executives to onboard new corporate clients and transition them to account management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales to large enterprises.
• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to travel within the United States.
