What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team including a Team Lead, setting performance standards for sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring velocity.
- Own monthly hiring targets, maintain efficient recruiting funnels, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences.
- Partner with sales leadership to support multi-city office expansions and build scalable processes for new markets.
- Establish and scale outbound recruiting in Raleigh, focusing on SDR talent via sourcing, community engagement, and playbooks.
- Track market dynamics, compensation data, and use analytics to optimize recruiting performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years recruiting experience, 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record hitting hiring targets in high-growth SaaS/tech
- Hands-on sales recruiting experience (SDRs, AEs, GTM roles) in competitive markets
- Strong outbound sourcing, ATS/data analytics, AI tools for throughput
- Experience with multi-location recruiting and willingness to travel to Toronto monthly
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, self-starter mentality
Nice to have
- Building recruiting functions or outbound motions in new markets
- Raleigh-Durham recruiting networks and SDR-specific experience
- Growth-stage company experience (Series B/C)
