What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through territory strategy, prospect lists, and regional sales plans.
  • Develop marketing plans with the team to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps and positioning hirify.global solutions.
  • Qualify prospects, develop new opportunities, and manage sales processes to closure.
  • Conduct executive and CxO meetings and handle ongoing account management for expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years field sales experience, emphasis on data or cloud technology
  • 2+ years expanding and generating business in mid-market accounts
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and close client relationships independently
  • Track record hitting $1M+ ARR quotas with consistent pipeline development
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and relationship skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment with executive-level management

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing MEDDPICC
  • Experience selling software or cloud-based applications
  • Professional proficiency in French
