What you will do

  • Drive new business by building, managing, and closing a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract close with senior stakeholders like CFOs and CIOs.
  • Deliver demos and presentations translating business challenges into value propositions for blp's AI platform.
  • Negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements (typically CHF/EUR 100K+) and build long-term trust-based relationships.
  • Maintain structured pipeline with consistent outreach, accurate forecasting, and follow-through.
  • Stay ahead of ERP and AI trends to position blp effectively against competitors.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English essential for consultative sales approach.
  • Ownership mindset, curiosity, and drive to create impact in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience connecting with decision-makers, understanding business processes (sales, finance, ERP, or SaaS backgrounds welcome).
  • Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, and high personal standards.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with integrity.
