What you will do

• Partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the provider application and EMR experience.
• Explore divergent concepts, create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, and iterate towards a unified vision.
• Lead user research, data analysis, and workshops to inform user-centered design decisions.
• Contribute to and work within the Design System while advocating for design cross-functionally.
• Inspire innovation by bringing new ideas for next-generation user interfaces and shaping design team culture.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in consumer product design in an agile environment
• Previous experience designing AI tools and recommendation experiences
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing consumer and enterprise products with strong typography, interaction, and visual design
• Highly proficient with Figma, Photoshop, gen-AI, and other design/prototyping tools
• Excellent visual design craft and communication skills
• Prior experience in healthcare designing for doctors and medical professionals
