What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for the hirify.global Connect platform to unlock network effects.
• Own the strategy for embedding AI and intelligent automation, including LLMs and agentic systems, throughout the platform.
• Identify strategies to increase the value of network connections and accelerate ecosystem growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and GTM teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage, hire, coach, and scale a high-performance team of product managers.
• Track and implement trends in AI, vertical SaaS, and proptech to ensure market innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, vertical software, or platform businesses.
• 3+ years of experience managing other product managers.
• Deep fluency in AI applications, specifically LLMs and agentic systems.
• Proven track record of executing strategies that create competitive advantages via network effects.
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs and using data to prioritize ruthlessly.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and office locations).
