Salary: $140,000 - $155,000

What you will do

  • Own hiring outcomes for non-clinical care teams, including pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire.
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters and contractors, providing coaching and prioritization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, align profiles, and drive efficient processes.
  • Execute directly on key roles to unblock and accelerate hiring when needed.
  • Use data, reporting, and process improvements to monitor performance and scale recruiting.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation to boost efficiency and capacity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth or high-volume environments, owning full-cycle hiring.
  • Experience managing or mentoring recruiters, contractors, or coordinators with proven team performance improvements.
  • Experience hiring for operations, customer-facing, or care delivery roles at scale.
  • Strong track record managing multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
  • Comfort using data and metrics to manage pipelines and drive outcomes.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments balancing structure and speed.
