TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Driving adoption and long-term value across a portfolio of enterprise accounts for an AI & Data Context Platform with an accent on onboarding, configuration, and value realization. Focus on turning early deployments into lasting programs and translating technical adoption progress into business value for executive stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the US (Pacific Time Zone)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Partner with customers to develop adoption plans aligned with their specific goals and data maturity.
  • Guide customers through initial setup, configuration, and common troubleshooting.
  • Translate adoption progress into clear business value narratives for executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using hirify.global, including configuration and helping others derive value.
  • Proven experience driving hirify.global adoption within an organization.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role managing multiple accounts (CS, Account Management, or TAM).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both data practitioners and business executives.
  • Must be based in the US Pacific Time Zone.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing and leading decision-driven meetings.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with data governance, data cataloging, or metadata management.
  • Exposure to data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Previous background in analytics, data operations, or data product management.
  • Experience working in startups or consulting.
