What you will do

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, reach, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Oversee the creation and curation of compelling content reflecting brand voice, aesthetics, and seasonal narratives.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to maintain brand relevance.
• Utilize analytics and insights (Sprout, Dash Hudson) to optimize content and track KPIs and ROI.
• Manage the social media calendar and integrate key marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, growth, editorial, and influencer teams to align messaging across touchpoints.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of social media experience at a major brand or organization.
• Proven success in building high-impact social media strategies and growing social communities.
• Creative portfolio demonstrating clear concepts, strategy, and business growth.
• Sharp eye for visual storytelling, tone, and brand consistency.
• Experience leading video productions from concepting to distribution.
• Based in New York, NY or NJ with the ability to work from the NYC office as needed.
