What you will do
- Build and execute multi-year account plans across named Major Accounts in DACH, integrating cloud, SI, and agency partners.
- Develop partner relationships to source pipeline, co-sell, and accelerate deal cycles.
- Drive net-new revenue via outbound, deep discovery, executive alignment, and multi-threaded deals spanning engineering to C-suite.
- Translate platform value into board-level narratives on developer productivity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI transformation.
- Own complex commercial negotiations and position as long-term strategic partner in accounts' web and AI roadmaps.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English; comfortable discussing architecture with CTOs and TCO with CFOs.
- 5-10+ years enterprise SaaS sales with track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals in major accounts.
- Experience in partner-influenced or co-sell motions with hyperscalers or SI/ISVs.
- Disciplined account planner building executive relationships and sequencing complex accounts for long-term revenue.
- Fluent in MEDDPICC, value selling focused on business outcomes.
- Able to articulate AI and modern web technology for credible conversations with senior engineering and product leaders.
Nice to have
- Background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud, or AI/ML platforms.
- Existing relationships with AWS or major SI/ISVs in DACH.
- Experience with ELAs, global framework agreements, or regulated procurement in DACH.
