What you will do

• Build accounting and internal control processes for new revenue products while ensuring SOX readiness
• Mentor IT and revenue product owners on accounting needs for new implementations
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting on revenue requirements and solutions
• Assist with month-end close: review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Lead on new revenue accounting topics, drive determinations, and facilitate cross-team alignment
• Drive process improvements to automate manual workflows and manage open issues

Requirements

• BA/BS or higher in Accounting or Finance
• CPA with experience in revenue recognition under ASC 606
• 6+ years (Master’s) or 8+ years (Bachelor’s) in public accounting or tech/high-growth company
• Experience mentoring team members
• Strong project management skills
• Advanced Excel, passion for accounting systems
• Ability to lead in ambiguity, highly organized, excellent communication

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Financial Management and/or Zuora
• Zuora RevPro
• Proficiency with Google Suite
