TL;DR

Scaled Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Own a book of enterprise accounts and drive full revenue outcomes through new logo acquisition and early expansion across multiple use cases. Focus on generating your own pipeline via outbound prospecting, running high-velocity sales cycles from first conversation to close, and developing clear POV on where Claude creates value for technical and business stakeholders.

Location: New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA (hybrid policy: at least 25% time in office)

Salary: $290,000 - $360,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own revenue outcomes for enterprise accounts, driving new acquisitions and expansions
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and multithreading into new accounts
  • Run high-velocity sales cycles: qualify quickly, advance rigorously, and close deals
  • Develop POV on Claude's value and engage technical/business stakeholders
  • Build relationships with directors, VPs, and executives to enable expansions
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with technical evaluations and procurement
  • Partner with Product, Applied AI, and Engineering to refine sales playbook

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years selling into enterprise accounts as full-cycle individual contributor exceeding quota
  • Experience at hypergrowth company helping build sales playbook
  • Hunter mindset with success generating enterprise pipeline
  • Running enterprise sales cycles with technical evaluations, security, procurement
  • Comfort engaging directors/VPs (technical and business buyers)
  • Background selling platforms, APIs, cloud, developer tools, or AI/ML
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Experience at hypergrowth infrastructure/developer tools company
  • Early AE on new team/segment/product building motion
  • Background in developer tools, API, or AI/ML sales to technical buyers
