What you will do

  • Strategically lead the renewals process for critical and complex customer engagements, aligning usage with pricing models.
  • Design pricing models and multi-year agreements that reward adoption and enable future expansion.
  • Lead negotiations with legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders to align terms with Deal Desk standards.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain high forecast accuracy for the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to align renewal strategies with digital transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a commercial renewal role within a SaaS or AI organization.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to communicate a compelling value narrative.
  • Knowledge of LAER customer success framework and quota-to-cash processes.
  • Experience negotiating with procurement and legal stakeholders to protect margins.
  • Fluent language skills in German and English.
  • Highly structured approach to the renewal lifecycle.
