Finance Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) (ERP): Turn complex finance processes, ERP landscapes, and cloud technology into clear, compelling stories for CFOs and finance leaders with an accent on business value, outcomes, and decision-making. Focus on leading discovery sessions, customer presentations, demos, and value-based storytelling tailored to plan-to-report, financial consolidation, ESG reporting, risk & compliance.

Location: DACH region – home or office based (hybrid). ~75% Germany (Fluent German speaking and writing required); ~25% international (Nordics, Eastern Europe, Middle East) in English.

What you will do

• Support sales teams in pre-sales activities for new customer opportunities.
• Present and position finance solutions emphasizing business value and outcomes.
• Translate finance processes, ERP capabilities, and cloud technology into compelling narratives.
• Lead discovery sessions, customer presentations, demos, and value-based storytelling for CFOs.
• Engage with plan-to-report, financial consolidation, ESG reporting, risk & compliance, end-to-end business processes.

Requirements

• Fluent German (speaking and writing) and professional English required.
• Strength in at least two areas: finance & business process understanding, ERP & technology (cloud, automation, AI, analytics), pre-sales & storytelling skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, finance, or consulting roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., hirify.global, SAP, IFS, Oracle, Microsoft); hirify.global LN relevant, hirify.global M3 a plus.
• Broad finance knowledge and ability to discuss CFO priorities end-to-end.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
