What you will do

• Manage and process onboarding referrals and execute trainings for new clubs.
• Track onboarding progress and organize meetings to assist clubs with checklists, including pricing and memberships.
• Deliver scheduled training sessions for new clubs prior to their go-live date.
• Organize and host monthly webinars to present new features and demonstrate their benefits.
• Analyze long-tail club activity and behavior to manage retention and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Partner Success or Customer Care.
• Almost native level of English proficiency.
• Tech-savviness with Hubspot, other CRMs, and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically in B2B onboardings and trainings.
• Experience in the padel or tennis industry.
• Proficiency with Hubspot.
