TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (AI/SaaS): Own post-sale customer outcomes end-to-end including onboarding, AI agent configuration, workflow optimization, and expansion with an accent on solution design and technical architecture. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable systems, driving adoption and ROI, and conducting QBRs for U.S. customers on EST.
Location: Remote for LATAM residents only; bonus hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina office. Full English fluency required; U.S. customer coverage on EST hours.

What you will do
- Master platform including AI agents, automations, integrations, and analytics to serve as trusted advisor on ROI and optimization.
- Own customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, growth, and act as primary point of contact.
- Design and deploy AI solutions by configuring agents for voice, chat, messaging, and guiding ATS/CRM integrations.
- Drive adoption, expand usage, embed into core workflows, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead QBRs, check-in meetings, roadmap alignment, risk mitigation, and churn prevention.
Requirements
- Experience owning post-sale customer relationships in SaaS.
- Strong systems and workflow thinking with technical curiosity for solution design.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity without rigid playbook; organized and proactive.
- Excellent English communication for U.S. customers.
- Ability to push back when needed and focus on real business outcomes.
