Customer Success Associate (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Customer Success Associate (Cybersecurity): Driving value and product adoption for tech-touch customers in North America through 1:1 and 1:many communications with an accent on onboarding and risk mitigation. Focus on delivering strategic engagement, facilitating escalations, and ensuring long-term customer growth and renewal.

Location: Remote, Brazil (Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil without employer sponsorship)

What you will do

• Drive product adoption and customer outcomes through video calls, email engagement, and webinars.
• Manage digital touch points across the entire customer lifecycle to bring users to value.
• Proactively engage customers to mitigate churn risk and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Own the escalation process, determining when to problem solve and when to triage to internal teams.
• Conduct engaging customer calls and webinars for a high volume of clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Renewals, Sales, Product, and CS teams.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success, customer support, sales, or customer marketing.
• Ability to foster positive business relationships and produce compelling customer materials.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project milestones.
• Understanding of recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil.
