Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines (Hybrid). Must be able to work US core hours.

What you will do
- Facilitate onboarding deployment for new customers and products purchased.
- Host end-user and admin training sessions to educate customers and assist with change management.
- Provide detailed walkthroughs for implementation and portal setup.
- Analyze customer needs and resolve technical issues through discovery and replication.
- Drive customers to implement best practices and communicate configuration requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for any onboarding-related issues.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, or Account Management.
- 1+ year of experience configuring, updating, and supporting VOIP solutions.
- Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work US core hours in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
