Focus on designing tailored onboarding roadmaps, identifying implementation risks, and translating client needs into scalable platform setups.

What you will do

  • Own and lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new LATAM customers from kickoff to full activation.
  • Design and execute tailored onboarding roadmaps, aligning timelines, milestones, and success criteria for each client.
  • Guide clients through implementation via video calls and email, ensuring adoption of key features and workflows.
  • Apply a consultative approach to help clients translate their internal HR processes into scalable hirify.global setups.
  • Coordinate with internal Product, Support, and Sales teams to identify and resolve risks or blockers early.
  • Collect and structure customer feedback to provide actionable insights for Product and CX improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Native Spanish and Intermediate English proficiency for internal meetings.
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset to take full responsibility for client success.
  • Consultative and analytical thinking to translate complex client processes into structured software solutions.
  • Must be based in Ciudad de México to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of HR processes.
