What you will do
- Troubleshoot L2 application and technical issues within Suite (AP Automation, Capture, and Procurement).
- Support customers, partners, and consultants by providing clear and timely technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, L1 Support, and Consulting departments to solve complex application-related problems.
- Maintain thorough documentation of support cases and resolutions to enhance internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with new product features and developments to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) for international communication.
- Experience with AP processes, AP Automation, or Procurement applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of technical problems.
- Solid general understanding of technology and comfort working in technical environments.
- Ability to work shifts, specifically from 13:00 to 21:00.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and JSON.
