What you will do

  • Define and lead pure player customer strategy aligned with hirify.global priorities, balancing scale and local relevance.
  • Build growth plans and position hirify.global as a strategic partner for key e-commerce accounts.
  • Own trade terms, pricing, promotions, and P&L for accretive growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, annual planning, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with RGM, Finance, Supply Chain, and digital teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor KPIs, derive insights, and create optimization action plans.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or International Management.
  • At least 5 years in Account Management with European pure players and full P&L ownership.
  • Proven commercial leadership in trade terms, pricing, forecasting, and negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of beauty e-commerce and digital retail dynamics.
  • Advanced MS Office; e-commerce analytics tools a plus.
  • Comfortable in matrix organization with cross-functional partnering.
