What you will do
- Define and lead pure player customer strategy aligned with priorities, balancing scale and local relevance.
- Build growth plans and position as a strategic partner for key e-commerce accounts.
- Own trade terms, pricing, promotions, and P&L for accretive growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual planning, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with RGM, Finance, Supply Chain, and digital teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor KPIs, derive insights, and create optimization action plans.
Requirements
- Fluent English required.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or International Management.
- At least 5 years in Account Management with European pure players and full P&L ownership.
- Proven commercial leadership in trade terms, pricing, forecasting, and negotiations.
- Deep understanding of beauty e-commerce and digital retail dynamics.
- Advanced MS Office; e-commerce analytics tools a plus.
- Comfortable in matrix organization with cross-functional partnering.
