What you will do

• Own the end-to-end billing infrastructure for consumer subscriptions, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Design and build sophisticated promotional offer infrastructure and internal tools for the revenue organization.
• Develop intelligent communication systems for push, email, and in-app messaging to drive conversions.
• Implement market-specific billing methods and compliance solutions for global expansion.
• Architect product bundles across the X ecosystem tailored to diverse markets.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing Consumer Subscriptions engineering team.

Requirements

• Exceptional software engineering background with deep experience in large-scale, high-stakes systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and manage engineering teams.
• Strong track record of delivering complex backend systems for consumer applications at scale.
• Must be based in Palo Alto, CA
