Director, AI Platforms, Global (AI)

Location: Remote - Colorado, United States; 15–25% travel required for stakeholder engagement, platform community building, and cross-team coordination.

Salary: $200,000–$210,000 base plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the AI Platforms team across Halo platform ownership, AI FinOps, go-to-market, and program operations.
• Own the Halo roadmap, platform reliability, monitoring, support intake, release management, documentation, and builder onboarding.
• Build AI FinOps reporting for Copilot credits, tokens, Azure spend, forecasting, budgeting, and showback or chargeback models.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption through value narratives, measurement frameworks, training, community programs, and user engagement.
• Establish governance, executive reporting, portfolio tracking, and coordination across Navigators, Platforms, and Accelerators.
• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, FP&A, and application owners on infrastructure, compliance, migrations, and operational resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise platform or product teams and scaling technology platforms with broad organizational adoption.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI and cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and large language model platforms.
• Experience with FinOps or cloud cost management, usage telemetry, forecasting, budgeting, and showback or chargeback models.
• Experience with platform product management, governance frameworks, metrics, executive reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience with responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance in regulated or mission-critical environments.

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
• FinOps Foundation certification.
• Experience with data center operations or infrastructure technology.
