What you will do

• Own end-to-end outbound campaigns: build lead lists, enrich data, create personalized messaging, and execute across email and LinkedIn using tools like Smartlead, LinkedHelper, HeyReach, and Clay.
• Set up and manage email/LinkedIn infrastructure, apply deliverability best practices, and ensure platform compliance for maximum reach.
• Perform data enrichment and scraping with tools or custom Python scripts, maintaining clean contact databases and DNC lists.
• Engineer prompts for AI-driven personalization, qualification, and follow-ups using LLMs and agentic systems.
• Build automations across GTM stack, troubleshoot workflows, monitor performance, and optimize for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years in GTM, lead generation, or outbound sales for custom software engineering or B2B services
• Deep expertise in email deliverability and infrastructure setup
• Hands-on with Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedHelper, HeyReach, Pipedrive, scraping tools, and custom scripts
• Strong prompt engineering and AI personalization workflows
• Experience running multiple large-scale campaigns, automation design, and systems thinking
• Must be located in Europe
