What you will do

• Own end-to-end call qualification using custom AI tool Leadgate and demo booking page, including copy, design, and form iterations.
• Build optimal rejection experience for non-ICP demo requests to improve self-serve adoption and brand perception.
• Manage cold outbound email program: approve lists/copy, strategize responses, ensure smooth execution with external agency, and scale long-term.
• Develop strategies to increase demo bookings from ICP trial sign-ups.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and engineering for GTM improvements.

Requirements

• Europe-based with ability to work EU business hours.
• Experienced with outbound tools like Clay & Instantly, and data flows to CRM (HubSpot).
• Built outbound programs from scratch in B2B SaaS.
• Capable writer for web pages and emails without relying on others.
• Autonomous problem-solver, quick to deliver and iterate.
• Willing to learn tools and processes as needed for varied responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Foundational marketing knowledge (4Ps, B2B buyer journeys).
