What you will do
- Generate leads and manage full sales cycle from outbound calls/walk-ins to close.
- Conduct demos and develop customized solutions for restaurant needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery post-sale.
- Manage sales activities and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze competitive landscape to position effectively.
Requirements
- Excellent German and English communication skills required.
- Self-motivated with strong sales drive and negotiation skills.
- 1+ years in sales, sourcing/closing customers, or restaurant operations preferred.
- Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to be field-based in Berlin territory daily.
