What you will do

• Provide global Salesforce support including operations tracking, data analysis, pricing, and quote management
• Analyze monthly Point of Sales data and resale activity
• Support distribution with logistics, delivery, and RMA processing
• Manage global product samples and shipments
• Administer RMAs and Jira for field sales
• Track action items from meetings and exhibitions
• Coordinate internal sales order tracking and forecast reviews

Requirements

• 2-4 years in sales operations, sales support, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; Jira familiarity advantageous
• Strong analytical skills for sales data and reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Fluent in English; German advantageous
• Relevant vocational or professional qualification
