What you will do

  • Manage and develop a customer portfolio in the Home & Building Automation Systems (HBAS) segment.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from purchasing teams to executive levels.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize the sales funnel to increase order intake.
  • Negotiate customer contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Support customer audits, site tours, and visits.

Requirements

  • Experience in an industrial environment, ideally EMS or electronics.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to balance commercial, technical, and operational priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on business development.
  • Professional proficiency in both German and English.
  • Must be located in or within reasonable distance to Willich, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience in program management.
  • Knowledge of HBAS or similar markets.
