Corporate Sales Executive (B2B Events): Researching and identifying senior decision-makers for elite B2B summits and conferences with an accent on building targeted prospect lists and conducting sales outreach. Focus on cold calling, developing client portfolios, and meeting weekly/monthly KPIs.
Location: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur office

What you will do
- Research and identify senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Directors) aligning with event themes.
- Build targeted prospect lists using CRM, databases, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct cold calling, phone prospecting, email outreach, and voicemail campaigns.
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals and KPIs.
- Maintain data quality in contacts database.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Recognised degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Comfort with cold calling and inside sales.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and research abilities.
- Willingness to adapt to performance-driven culture.
