Inside Sales Account Executive: Activate and grow a portfolio of Authorized Partners across Malaysia and Singapore with an accent on outbound sales activities, partner training, and CRM management. Location: On-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with up to 20% travel for regional and international visits including to Singapore

What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with new prospects, partnering with Malaysia and Singapore sales teams.
- Assess customer needs, recommend camera solutions, and provide product comparisons.
- Manage and qualify CRM lead queue, ensuring timely partner contact and accurate follow-up.
- Enable partners using Axis tools like Partner Web and Product Portfolio Introduction.
- Own recruitment, onboarding, and reactivation of Authorized Partners through in-house events.
- Prospect new partners via outbound outreach, cold calling, and targeted lead lists.
- Maintain accurate partner database in Salesforce and collaborate with Distribution Team.
- Support marketing initiatives, partner events, and Axis Experience Centre visits.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in outbound sales and cold calling, ideally in technology sector
- Demonstrated track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities
- Strong capability in lead qualification, pipeline management, and partner engagement
- Experience in indirect sales/channel partner model
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce proficiency advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Good technical understanding of networking infrastructure and first-level technical guidance
- Exposure to Singapore market
- Bahasa Malaysia
