What you will do

  • Drive new sponsorship sales and close high-value deals to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct solution-focused consultative selling to align sponsorship packages with client KPIs.
  • Manage and nurture a premium pipeline of high-touch client opportunities.
  • Represent the company at events and ensure professional post-sale delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in events, media, or sponsorship.
  • Proven ability in cold outreach, relationship building, and pipeline creation from scratch.
  • Confident communication and influencing skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Resilience and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
  • Recent graduates with a strong interest in business and sales are welcome.
  • Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur
