What you will do
- Drive new sponsorship sales and close high-value deals to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct solution-focused consultative selling to align sponsorship packages with client KPIs.
- Manage and nurture a premium pipeline of high-touch client opportunities.
- Represent the company at events and ensure professional post-sale delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in events, media, or sponsorship.
- Proven ability in cold outreach, relationship building, and pipeline creation from scratch.
- Confident communication and influencing skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Resilience and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
- Recent graduates with a strong interest in business and sales are welcome.
- Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur
