What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in electronic security.
• Build and manage enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem and distributors.
• Develop go-to-market strategy and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with regional goals.
• Lead local team to achieve sales targets, recruit, train, and mentor high-performing members.
• Close large-scale enterprise projects, develop lighthouse references, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, provide quarterly reviews, and deliver risk/opportunity analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Country Manager or Sales Director in electronic security industry (5-8 years at managerial level)
• Strong network in Malaysia security market
• Experience with regional/global security brands and cross-functional matrix teams.
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, client needs, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop/implement business strategies and achieve results.
• Willingness to travel
