What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales KPIs and targets.
  • Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including product demos.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Manage qualified inbound leads and document all outcomes in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Must be based in Kuala Lumpur for field-based activities.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong "hunter" mentality and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency or conversational proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Fluency or conversational skills in Malay or Mandarin.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
