IPM Buyer (Beauty)

TL;DR

IPM Buyer (Procurement/Beauty): Managing sourcing solutions for upcoming product launches and productivity projects with an accent on strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization. Focus on coordinating cross-brand productivity, managing tenders, and implementing business continuity plans for high-risk materials.

Location: Shanghai, China. Hybrid setup with possibility to work remotely for 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Collaborate with R&D and Initiative Management to identify sourcing solutions for product launches over the next 2-3 years.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects in coordination with global procurement category leaders.
• Identify and implement "cost out", "value in", and "cash in" productivity opportunities to increase profit.
• Manage tenders, analyze bids, and ensure business allocation contracts are established with justified supplier selection.
• Coordinate cross-brand procurement claims and implement actions to minimize material inventory and obsolescence.
• Track and report CAPEX budgets and savings results on a cross-brand level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement and/or sourcing activities.
• Beauty industry experience is essential.
• High degree of fluency in English.
• Proficiency in SAP, Procurement E-Systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management capabilities.
