Associate Solutions Engineer (Networking/Cloud): Delivering technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts for hirify.global's edge network and security products with an accent on technical pre-sales and customer problem-solving. Focus on designing solution architectures and implementing serverless and security configurations across the APAC region.

Location: Hybrid, rotating across Greater China (GCR), ANZ, and ASEAN. Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations for web security, performance, and serverless computing.
• Conduct technical deep-dives, workshops, and proof-of-concepts for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed solution architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical queries.
• Rotate every 4 months across regional customer teams in GCR, ANZ, and ASEAN.
• Contribute to internal tooling, demo environments, and solution accelerators.

Requirements

• Graduated within the past 2 years or possess equivalent technical experience.
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts (DNS, TCP/UDP, HTTP).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Availability to start in July 2026 and commit to a 12-month rotational program.
• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing, consulting, or technical sales environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
