What you will do
- Develop scalable managed services solutions for infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and proposals.
- Work with internal teams including delivery, operations, finance, and legal to prepare deliverable solutions.
- Manage presales workload, prioritize requests, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to innovation by improving proposals and developing new service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as a Solutions Architect and 5 years in Managed Services.
- Significant experience with Cisco switching, data centre solutions, security, HPE, and Microsoft.
- Demonstrated experience in complex managed service projects, enterprise and midmarket solutions, and government services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, and high-level communication for expert ICT advice.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle commercial negotiations and SLAs.
