What you will do

• Build technical relationships with ANZ partners including system integrators and solution providers
• Evangelize hirify.global's vision and architect partner proofs of concept, demos, and reference architectures
• Deliver workshops, training, and best practices to ensure partner technical proficiency
• Collaborate with sales to support partner opportunities and accelerate pipeline
• Act as technical advocate for partners, influencing product roadmap with feedback
• Participate in events, webinars, and conferences as thought leader

Requirements

• 10+ years in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
• 4+ years hands-on with complex IAM solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of identity, security, cloud, networking, or application architectures
• Experience with partner ecosystems in cloud security or identity
• Hands-on building demos and proofs of concept
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel up to 30% and work across time zones

• Prior hirify.global Workforce/Customer Identity or Auth0 experience
• Channel partners or systems integrators experience
• Certifications: hirify.global Certified Consultant, CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Architect
