What you will do

• Serve as trusted technical advisor, owning technical strategy from initial architecture to ongoing optimization.
• Design comprehensive implementation plans, solutions, and architectures aligned with customer needs and best practices.
• Facilitate customer onboarding, complex SDK/API integrations, and consultative addressing of advanced use cases.
• Troubleshoot strategic technical needs, instill engineering excellence, and document integrations and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Proactively expand technical expertise in AI/ML trends and advocate for innovative technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical role like Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
• 3+ years managing complex customer environments with deep knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, and Programming.
• Proven track record delivering custom technical engagements.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; comfortable building with AI tools.
