What you will do

• Create high-performing video ads for social and adult platforms focused on user acquisition.
• Lead the full post-production process from idea inception to audio, graphics, and color grading.
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway to enhance and accelerate production.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop storyboards based on performance data and KPIs.
• Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing for paid marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools in a professional editing workflow.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Perfectly fluent in English.
• Comfortable building products based on NSFW/uncensored content.
