What you will do

• Produce high-volume video edits for Meta Reels, Stories, and Feed using UGC, AI, and polished footage.
• Create variations of content to test hooks, pacing, and messaging for performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to identify creative fatigue and implement performance-driven ideas.
• Ensure strict adherence to client brand guidelines and platform specifications with zero tolerance for errors.
• Manage multiple client briefs simultaneously through designated project management tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for digital marketing or paid social.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of performance video principles, including hook structure and pacing.
• Ability to work independently and manage output remotely.
• Available to work Monday - Friday during UK Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CapCut or similar mobile editing tools.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
