What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding of performance-driven creatives (Meta / TikTok / Google)
Experience working with AI and UGC creators (briefing, managing, reviewing)
Ability to generate and test multiple creative angles and hooks
Understanding of what makes content stop the scroll
Basic understanding of AI tools for content creation (Kling, Sora, Veo, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
Basic understanding of editing / motion / storytelling
Ability to analyze creatives and iterate based on performance

What you’ll do:
Develop and test creative concepts for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Build and manage a pipeline of ai content creators
Write clear briefs, hooks, scripts, and angles
Produce and oversee UGC videos and AI-generated creatives
Work closely with designers/editors to execute ideas fast
Analyze performance and iterate on creatives
Generate high volume of testable creatives (not just “beautiful”, but effective)
