What you will do

• Produce ~10 high-quality AI videos daily following preset scripts, styles, and instructions to maximize reach and conversions.
• Analyze prior video metrics to optimize performance and increase bonus-eligible views/conversions.
• Apply direct-response copywriting to review and refine scripts.
• Master new AI tools and editing techniques quickly as trends evolve.
• Maintain autonomy, meet deadlines, ensure 90% first-pass approval, and communicate proactively with founders/exec team.
• Train and onboard future AI video editors as a foundational team member.

Requirements

• Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proven experience with direct-response copywriting for short-form videos.
• Proficiency in professional video-editing software (strong preference for CapCut Pro; Adobe Premiere Pro acceptable).
• Autonomous operator thriving without micromanagement, with high agency and rapid learning for fast-paced AI/social media changes.
• Attention to detail, efficiency over perfectionism, ability to follow instructions precisely first time.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video tools (HeyGen, Captions AI, Hedra, Veo 3, etc.).
• Experience with AI image/audio tools (Krea, Midjourney, Flux Kontext Pro, ElevenLabs).
