What you will do

• Develop advanced video concepts, storyboards, and scripts tailored to UK audiences.
• Lead professional filming, including camera, lighting, and audio setups.
• Perform high-quality editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Manage multiple video projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to translate strategies into engaging content.
• Mentor junior videographers and editors through guidance and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Deep understanding of UK social media strategies and audience engagement.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating senior-level production expertise.
