Location: Remote (Global). Must be able to deliver work by 7 PM ET daily and attend weekly calls at 12 PM ET.

What you will do

• Produce approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day following preset scripts and styles.
• Analyze video metrics to optimize content for increased views and conversions.
• Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review and refine scripts.
• Rapidly master and integrate new AI video, image, and audio tools as trends evolve.
• Help train and onboard future AI video editors to maintain production standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proficiency in professional video-editing software, with a strong preference for CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and meet strict daily production quotas.
• Strict adherence to the 7 PM ET daily deadline and 12 PM ET Monday weekly call.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Captions AI, Hedra, or Veo 3.
• Proficiency with AI image tools like Midjourney, Krea, or Flux Kontext Pro.
• Experience with AI audio tools like ElevenLabs.
