What you will do

• Create diverse video formats like spec ads, music videos, trailers, sizzle reels, and short films for social media, ads, and events
• Transform AI-generated video and image outputs into polished content with editing, motion, sound, and post-production
• Produce short-form content optimized for X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Apply motion design, animation, transitions, and timing to boost storytelling and energy
• Monitor social trends on Reddit, X, Instagram and adapt to AI advancements and platform algorithms

Requirements

• High level English proficiency for crafting resonant narratives
• Strong video editing and motion design experience with pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
• Experience integrating AI-generated content into video workflows
• Track record creating high-performing social media video content
• Portfolio with social video editing and motion examples
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines on multiple projects
