What you will do

• Lead the process engineering team (6 engineers + 8 DL) and collaborate closely with manufacturing, equipment, and quality departments.
• Optimize processes to improve yield and reduce re-scan rates to enhance scanner OEE.
• Act as a Vision SME to drive automated vision coverage and eliminate manual inspection.
• Implement quality improvements and poka-yoke detection as the final operation gate before customers.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and lead various internal and external audits (GMA, IATF).
• Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) and transferred devices qualification while aligning resources.

Requirements

• BSc or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in process engineering.
• Technical proficiency in vision systems and automation.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, including FMEA, CP, and SPC.
• Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
