What you will do

• Lead NPI/NPT activities and coordinate qualification tasks across different teams.
• Manage and implement Wafer Map and Data applications.
• Introduce and transfer new products (e.g., 16FF, C55) into ATKL WT platforms.
• Resolve technical challenges related to product, test, and hardware design.
• Stabilize yield and re-probe rates of newly introduced products to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate on AI projects to drive product and test improvement.

Requirements

• Degree or Masters in Electrical and Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product & test engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of product yield, cost improvement, and NPI start-up/transfer processes.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with UNIX, Perl, C/C++, and JMP.
