What you will do

• Ensure workforce attendance and optimize scheduling to meet KPIs with high-quality output.
• Enforce compliance in quality, scrap control, and discipline.
• Review material readiness and plan production to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with process and equipment teams for quality and performance.
• Lead FIF projects and implement corrective actions for quality strategies.
• Manage FIFO, aging lots, MCT, and material disposition for incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in operations, process quality, and product disposition.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Analytical skills with risk-based thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office; good communication and team skills.
