What you will do

• Resolve employee technical support requests, manage incidents, and maintain a knowledge base.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues using logs and internal technical tooling.
• Proactively implement process improvements and automation utilizing AI tools.
• Deploy and maintain end-user hardware, operating systems, and third-party software updates.
• Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, and assist with office build-outs and technology refreshes.
• Support onsite network infrastructure, AV equipment, and meeting room technology.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Mateo, CA for onsite support.
• 5+ years of experience building and supporting IT systems within a startup environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) tools like Okta or Ping.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra.
• 3+ years of experience with client-side engineering tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or JumpCloud).
• Basic scripting experience and strong technical troubleshooting acumen.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI platforms.
• 5+ years of experience supporting complex IT systems.
• Ability to lift IT equipment up to 20 pounds.
